Me and my fiancé just moved into our first house with the help of Alex as our realtor. We reached out to Alex on a whim due to his high rating on the Caldwell Banker website and from the get go he was responsive, attentive, helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. As first time home buyers we were pretty clueless to the home buying process and Alex was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we moved through each stage. Alex went over all of the details with us, big and small, so we knew exactly where we stood during negotiations, it was reassuring to have him on our side. Throughout the process of getting the house ready to sell, selling, septic tank replacement, and closing, Alex Frisch has been a wonderful advisor and helper. He has been available whenever we've needed him and has performed many extra chores, even before we moved to New Mexico. And then, he performed even more. He has done all that is humanly possible to make the selling of our house pleasant and the closing smooth. He has respected our needs throughout the process. Working with Alex has been a joy. We are already missing him."
